| PSG Beat Chelsea 3-2 on away goal |
Pairs St-German qualifies for quarter final after beating Chelsea
2-2 on aggregate. The game looked like it was headed in Chelsea’s
favour but it all changed in the second half. David Luiz goal helped PSG
equalize the game and give them the confidence to play harder. PSG Captain, Thiago Silva helped score the
winning goal to send PSG to the quarter final.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was furious after being
sent off for a bad tackle. The referee made a bad decision in sending Zlatan
out, he should have at least received a yellow card. Zlatan was interviewed
after the game about getting sent off, he was very upset with how the players
reacted to him, that he told the interviewer “I felt there were 11 babies
around me, can you blame Zlatan?" The
reaction of Oscar was way too much, he seemed as if he was in soo much pain, when
Zlatan barely even touched him. Also, there were rumours that Chelsea were
trying to get Zlatan sent out from the beginning of the game. Overall PSG
played a very good game and so they deserve to win the game, even though having
their star player sent out, and being short on a player.
